At Wabashiki Woodworks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below.

Standard Items

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your return and ship the item back within this period.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Custom Orders

Custom orders include pieces over eight feet in length and pieces made using a new design created specifically for the customer. These orders are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind. If you have concerns about your custom order, please contact us. We review individual situations and may accept a return or offer another resolution at our discretion. Exceptions are not guaranteed. Custom orders remain covered by our policy for items damaged during shipping.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, including custom orders, you are eligible for a full replacement or compensation at no additional cost.
